Your order timeline

Payment approval is followed by approximately 1–2 business days of handling. A separate 4–6 business days is the expected carrier journey once dispatched. Neither estimate guarantees a particular date, and business days omit weekends and relevant holidays.

Delivery information

The destination and shipping fee available for an order are presented at checkout. Ensure every part of your delivery address is correct. Tracking may not show movement until a carrier scan is recorded.

Investigating delivery issues

For a delay, loss, missing parcel despite a delivered scan, or damage in transit, write to mimolafi134@gmail.com. Supply the order reference, purchasing email and any tracking number. Keep the parcel packaging and attach damage images when appropriate.
