When a payment is processed

We begin preparation after authorization succeeds. A payment service can request further checks, decline an attempt or show a temporary authorization hold. Accurate billing information is important; issuer-side declines and holds should be discussed with the issuer.

Privacy and refunds

Use checkout's secure entry components for financial details. Never send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or authentication codes to ordinary support channels.
