How does individual bottle shopping work?

The Single Bottles collection lets you pick the size and style of each bottle separately. Add different choices one at a time; labelled multi-pack listings outside that collection still contain their displayed quantities.

What are the delivery estimates and fees?

Following authorization, allow 1–2 business days for handling and then 4–6 business days for transit. Checkout displays supported destinations and shipping charges. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

How are product problems handled?

Report eligible item problems within 30 calendar days after receipt, supplying order details and images. Obtain permission before sending goods back. Following approval, refunds are initiated within 10 calendar days to the original method; account posting may take longer. See the Refund Policy.

Can I return an unwanted choice?

Preference, mistaken option selection and change-of-mind returns are not voluntarily available. Legal consumer rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.

Where are payment, tracking and privacy answers?
